HRM to Commemorate 20th Anniversary of 9/11 with Illumination of Glenview Historic Home as Part of Tribute in Light

In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of 9/11, the Hudson River Museum will illuminate the tower of Glenview historic home—the Museum’s 1877 Gilded Age home on the National Register of Historic Places—as an extension of Tribute in Light.

National Night Out 2021

Hudson River Museum took part in National Night Out 2021 alongside members of the Yonkers Police Department and more than a dozen other organizations.

Greater Than the Sum of Our Parts

On April 8, 2021, Mayor Mike Spano acknowledged Ruth Weiner’s many contributions with a 2021 Community Service Award during a virtual ceremony.

HRM Pays Tribute to Longtime Docent Marilyn Bender

The HRM honored the memory of longtime Docent Marilyn Bender, who passed away in January, by dedicating a late nineteenth-century painting by John Douglas, View of the Hudson Highlands with Woman Painting, in her honor.
