This gallery tour of Wall Power! Spectacular Quilts from the American Folk Art Museum will look at these features of quilt design from a geometric point of view.

Join mathematician and author Philip Ording in an exploration of the structure of quilt patterns, from the simple to the complex. Ording is Professor of Mathematics at Sarah Lawrence College and has been a geometry consultant to New York-based artists for nearly two decades.
