Virtual Travel Through the Five Senses: Sound
Join us for the second in our series of family programs exploring artworks on view through the five senses! This program is all about sound. Close your eyes: what can you hear right now? Then, open your eyes and look at an image: what do you hear when you are by water or the ocean? What do you hear when it is breezy outside? What do you hear when you are by yourself? What do you hear when you are with other people?
In this program, we will explore a selection of the more than 300 individual works in Cynthia Daignault’s Light Atlas by using our sense of sound, and then experiment with making a collective sound recording in response to visual art.
